Prices and Bookings

The prices listed do not include the local tourist tax of € 1.35 per person per day, payable by all guests aged 14 and over. A final cleaning service is included in the price*.
*During the low season, we charge for cleaning the second bedoom for any bookings involving only two guests.

To confirm your reservation, please send us a deposit of 25% of the total amount within 5 days from the date of written confirmation.

Terms and conditions of cancellation
Please pay your bill and the tourist tax the day before departure. You can either pay in cash on site (please note the current cash limits in Italy), or with a debit card. Cheques are not accepted.
Holiday cancellation policy
Unfortunately, the word "cancellation" is not good news for either party. This is our cancellation policy: (please refer to the current limits for cash payment in Italy)
- You can cancel free of charge up to two months before your arrival date. We will return your deposit, minus 10% for administrative costs.
- If you cancel between 2 months and 1 month before arrival, you can use the deposit already paid for a future holiday on our farm (to be taken within the next 6 months).
- In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full daily rate will still be charged.
Holiday cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance when booking your stay. This will cover the costs of cancellation if you are unable to come on holiday. You can find out more about costs and how to take out cancellation insurance by looking on our site: https://www.europaeische.at/
